Property Features:

Three bedrooms all with split system air conditioning systems (sleeping 13) with two bathrooms.   Two living rooms.  Main living room with Plasma TV & DVD, downstairs living room also with plasma TV & DVD.    Upstairs balcony with large BBQ and outdoor setting.  Fully self contained kitchen facilities with dishwasher, microwave and double fridge with ice dispenser.   Laundry facilities with auto washer and dryer.   Additional:  Table Tennis Table for the kids. 

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x King bed & 1x Tri-bunk (upstairs)

Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed

Bedroom 3: 2x Tri-bunks (downstairs) 

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
