Beach Shack is located on the west of Cowes near Red Rocks Beach.  Red Rocks Beach is one of Phillip Island's hidden gems.   The beach is an excellent swimming beach for young children who will enjoy hours of fun exploring marine life in the many rock pools.   Great place to relax and unwind.   Beach Shack is an affordable holiday accommodation option.   Neatly presented and extremely clean and tidy.  There's lots of things to do and see on the Island for all family members to enjoy. 

Property Features:

Suitable for up to 2 couples or one family with four children, this very affordable single storey beach house has so much to offer.  Includes three bedrooms, one bathroom, air conditioning, TV & DVD player, fully self contained kitchen.   BBQ and outdoor setting.   Laundry facilities also available.  Property is NOT fully fenced.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed

Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed

Bedroom 3: 2x Single beds

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am

Late check in fee applies if arriving after 5:00pm of $25.00
