Property Features:

Three bedrooms sleeping upto 10 people comfortably with two bathrooms and two living rooms this spacious, beautifully decorated holiday house has all the modern comforts of home.  Fully self contained kitchen, Plasma TV's and DVD's in both living rooms.   Undercover private outdoor entertainment area with BBQ facility.  Laundry facilities also provided.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed

Bedroom 2: 1x Tri-bunk plus 1x Single bed

Bedroom 3: 2x Bunk beds

Tenants are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
