Features two separate living areas, ideal for kids retreat or two families holidaying together.   Relax and unwind in the lounge upstairs and soak in the amazing water views.  Entertain on the upstairs deck with outdoor setting (BBQ facility is located downstairs).   Split system air conditioning/heating upstairs and down.   3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  Electric cooking facilities with all modern kitchen conveniences including dishwasher.   Separate laundry with washing machine.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed with en-suite

Bedroom 2: 1x Tri-bunk

Bedroom 3: 1x Tri-bunk

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
