Property Features:

Illoura is a delightful and beautifully presented 3 bedroom home with sitting room which sleeps 10 comfortably.  The spacious open plan family room with polished floorboards has a built in wood heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, TV & DVD, Video and CD player/radio.  Large comfy sofa's.  There is a large dining area and a fully equiped kitchen with stainless steel hotplates and oven, dishwasher, microwave and small appliances.  The sitting room/4th bedroom has a double sofa bed, TV & DVD.  There are 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans and carpet and 2 bathrooms, the main with bath.   The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.    Outside is a deck with a gas BBQ and an outdoor setting opening out to a large north facing back garden.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed

Bedroom 2: 1x Queen size bed

Bedroom 3: 1x Single bed & 1x Bunk Beds

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am

Late Check in fee applies if arriving after 5:00pm of $25.00
