Can comfortably accommodate 7 this brand new holiday house has been beautifully furnished.   Kitchen offers all the modern conveniences of home including a dishwasher, microwave and electric cooking facilities.   Split system air conditioning throughout.   Gas log fire in the main living room with Large flatscreen TV & DVD.   Master bedroom with ensuite.     European Laundry near kitchen which includes Washing Machine and Dryer.  Powder Room.  3 Toilets.   Spa bath in main bathroom. Built in robes in all bedrooms.   Double lockable garage.   Undercover area near kitchen/dining room with outdoor setting as well as BBQ & Outdoor area near pool.    

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed

Bedroom 2: 1x Queen size bed

Bedroom 3: 3x King Single beds 

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am

Late Check in fee applies if arriving after 5:00pm of $25
