Situated in a perfect location on the west side of Cowes near the Cowes boat ramp, this property is only a short stroll to the beach.

Property Features:

Two bedrooms (sleeping 6), two bathrooms with open plan living, dining &  kitchen area.  Kitchen with all modern conveniences.  Split system air conditioning.   Separate laundry and toilet.   Bathroom with bath, shower and vanity.   Ensuite with shower and vanity.l   Small paved courtyard at rear which opens to dining room area.   Woodheater for the cosy winter getaway.   BBQ and outdoor setting also provided. Surrounded by established old trees and also has a carport.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed & 1x Trundle bed

Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed & 1x Trundle bed

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am

Late Check in fee applies of $25.00 if arriving after 5pm.
