Property Features:

Three bedrooms (sleeping up to 8 people) with one bathroom located upstairs.    Open plan living, dining & kitchen upstairs all with views of the water.  Split system air conditioning.  Kitchen with all modern conveniences including microwave and dishwasher.  Lounge with Large TV, DVD & Stereo.  Upstairs with entertainment balcony with stunning water views, outdoor setting and electric BBQ facility.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed

Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed

Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds plus 2x Trundles

Tenants are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
