4 Bedrooms – Single storey property.   1 Bathroom.  Open plan living, dining & kitchen area with electric cooking facilities & microwave.   Balcony with outdoor entertaining area which includes gas BBQ and outdoor setting.  Pool Table. Plenty of parking at the front of the property.

Bedroom 2: 1x Double bed

Bedroom 3: 1x Bunk & 1x Single bed

Bedroom 4: 1x Double bed

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
