Two storey home with 3 bedrooms (extra large) 2 bathrooms (extra large), main bedroom with en-suite. Split system air conditioning/ heating upstairs plus ocean breezes.  TV & DVD, Electric cooking facilities with dishwasher & microwave.  BBQ & outdoor setting on the balcony.  Telescope to search for whales or watch the surfers.  Fully fenced backyard for the children to play in.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen with en-suite

Bedroom 2: 1x Double bed + 1x King Single

Bedroom 3: 1x Queen bed + 1x King Single

Tenants are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
