Penthouse on Bayview Grande is situated on the top level of the complex with lift access into the apartment. Consisting of four bedrooms (sleeping 8), two bathrooms (one with spa bath), open plan living, dinning and kitchen area all with magnificent water views. Master bedroom also with water views.  Kitchen with all modern conveniences including microwave and dishwasher.    Living room with TV & DVD player and Foxtel. Large balcony with outdoor setting and BQQ facilities.

Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed

Bedroom 3: 2x Single beds

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am

Late Check in fee applies if arriving after 5:00pm of $25.00
