This gorgeous brand new modern holiday home is situated on the west side of Cowes at Red Rocks with filtered water views from the balcony, enjoy the evening sunsets.  Red Rocks Beach is an excellent swimming beach for young children who will enjoy hours of fun exploring marine life in the many rock pools.   Only 900 metres from the beach this property has all the modern comforts of home in a quiet area of Cowes.  A short 3 minutes drive will take you into Cowes where you can enjoy the many cafes, restaurants and shops.

Property Features:

3 Bedrooms – All bedrooms are downstairs, master with ensuite and all have a split system air conditioning/heating system.   2 Bathrooms main with separate bath.  Upstairs has open plan living, dining & kitchen area with electric cooking facilities, dishwasher and microwave.   Balcony with outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ and outdoor setting.  Double lockable carport and fully fenced small backyard.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen with ensuite & split system

Bedroom 2: 1x Tri-bunk with split system

Bedroom 3: 1x Tri-bunk with split system

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
