Property Features:

Communal Outdoor solar heated swimming pool and communal BBQ facilities.  Three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  Upstairs open plan living/dining & fully equipped kitchen facilities.  Private rear courtyard and balcony overlooking the pool.  Sleeping 6-8 people.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed

Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed

Bedroom 3: 2x Single beds (plus two trundles)

Tenants are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
