Suitable for up to two families (sleeping 9 people) this very affordable double storey holiday house is very spacious and waiting to accommodate you.  Downstairs Rumpus room offers billard table and air hockey table with TV & DVD.   Upstairs living room offers Large flatscreen TV & DVD and split system air conditioning.   Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and all modern conveniences.    Kitchen over looks the back yard where you can watch the children play.     This yard is fully fenced and allows your treasured pet to holiday with the family.  

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed

Bedroom 2: 1x Double bed 

Bedroom 3: 1x Bunk bed & 1x Single bed

Bedroom 4: 1x Bunk bed

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am

Late Check in fee applies if arriving after 5:00pm of $25.00
