Suitable for 3-4 couples or two families, this stunning holiday home is very spacious & modern and waiting to accommodate you.  Features three bedrooms and two living room (one with double sofa bed).  Open plan living, dining and kitchen overlooking large entertainment deck with outdoor setting and bbq, fully enclosed private courtyard.  Kitchen with all modern conveniences including dishwasher and microwave.  Split system air conditioning upstairs and downstairs.   Beautiful furnishings throughout.  Plasma TV's in both living rooms and DVD players.  Laundry facilties provided and an outside clothes line. Double lockable garage.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed

Bedroom 2: 1x Tri-bunk plus 1x Trundle

Bedroom 3: 1x Queen size bed

Second Living room upstairs - 1x Sofa bed

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm  (Late check in fee applies if arriving after 5:00pm of $25.00)

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
