Upstairs has a large open living/dining area, split system airconditioning, kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, entertainment deck with BBQ facilities and outdoor setting.  TV & DVD with Surround sound system and Main bedroom with ensuite including separate toilet and powder room.   Downstairs provides second and third bedroom, bathroom and second living/fourth bedroom has also a TV & DVD & split system.  No garage access provided.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed (with ensuite)

Bedroom 2: 1x Queen size bed

Bedroom 3: 1x Single bed and 1x Trundle bed

Second Living Room/4th Bedroom: 1x Double bed, 1x Single bed & 1x Sofa Bed 

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am

Late Check in fee applies if arriving after 5:00pm of $25.00
