This lovely two storey holiday home consists of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, electric heating, electric cooking facilities with microwave and dishwasher.    2 TV’s, DVD & Stereo.   Washing machine.   Large entertainment deck upstairs with magnificent ocean views, BBQ and outdoor setting.  Lockable double garage and additional parking in driveway.    Telescope to watch the mutton birds fly in at dusk.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed

Bedroom 2: 1x Double bed

Bedroom 3: 1x Tri-bunk bed plus 1x Single bed

Bedroom 4: 1x Double bed (downstairs)

Tenants are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
