Three bedroom holiday home sleeping 6.  Upstairs with master bedroom and en-suite.   Open plan dining, living and kitchen.   Kitchen with all modern conveniences including microwave and dishwasher.    Split system air conditioning.    Large balcony with BBQ facilities and outdoor setting.  Property overlooks the Phillip Island Airport runway with magnificent ocean views and views of Pyramid rock in the distance.   Downstairs has two bedrooms with bathroom and laundry with automatic washing machine and dryer.   Great new modern home to relax in.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed

Bedroom 3: 2x Single beds

Tenants are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
