Suitable for two families this lovely four bedroom, two bathroom property has all the modern comforts of home to enjoy a wonderful holiday on Phillip Island.   Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.  Lounge with TV & DVD, Balcony with stunning views - BBQ and Outdoor setting.   Laundry facilities also provided.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed with en-suite

Bedroom 2: 1x Queen size bed  

Bedroom 3: 2x Bunk beds

Bedroom 4: 1x Bunk bed

Tenants are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
