Stunningly presented home with modern furnishings consisting of: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an outdoor shower, split system air conditioning, electric cooking facilities with microwave and dishwasher.  3 LCD TV’s with 1 DVD Player and PAY TV.  Automatic washing machine/dryer combo.  Outdoor entertainment deck upstairs with BBQ facilities and outdoor setting.   Mezzanine floor upstairs for quiet retreat.   Second living area downstairs for kids retreat.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen with en-suite

Bedroom 2: 1x Tri-bunk (Queen size/King Single) + Trundle

Bedroom 3: 2x Bunk beds

Tenants are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
