Property Features:

Four bedrooms two bathrooms and two living rooms.   This spacious large house has all the comforts of home and is fully self contained.   The kitchen and dining room upstairs boasts magnificent water views and balcony with outdoor setting and bbq facilities.    Living room downstairs has TV & DVD.   Woodheater for the winter weekend stays.     Split System air conditioning for the summer months.  Fully enclosed yard for the children to play in and much more....

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x King size bed (linen is provided)

Bedroom 2: 1x Queen size bed

Bedroom 3: 1x Queen size bed

Bedroom 4: 1x Tri-bunk

Tenants are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay (with the exception that linen is provided for the King Bed).  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
