4 Bedrooms sleeping 12, two bathrooms and two living rooms.  Downstairs living room with large TV, DVD & Play-station.   Downstairs bathroom with Spa bath.  Upstairs living room with large TV, DVD & Stereo with CD & Ipod dock.  Second bathroom, kitchen with electric cooking facilities including microwave and dishwasher.   Laundry with front loader washer.  Upstairs entertainment deck with magnificent ocean views and outdoor setting with gas BBQ.   Fully fenced pet friendly back yard with children’s cubby house.  

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed

Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed

Bedroom 3: 2x Bunk beds

Bedroom 4: 2x Bunk beds

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
