Walk across the road and you are at the beach and children's playground.   A short stroll will take you to the main street to wine and dine and explore the many boutique shops.  Catch the ferry to see the seals lazing about on the rocks or have a picnic at French Island.   There are plenty of things to do and see on Phillip Island. 

Property Features:

Suitable for up to 2 couples or one family with three children, this very affordable single storey unit is very spacious & modern and waiting to accommodate you.  With two bathrooms (one with spa), two living rooms.  Fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher.     Split system air conditioning. 

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed

Bedroom 2: 1x Tri-bunk  

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
