Five bedrooms (sleeping 12) & two bathrooms.    Two living areas.  Open plan kitchen & dining area with gas cook-top, dishwasher & microwave facilities in a modern fully self contained kitchen.   Downstairs living room with TV & DVD player and stereo.   Split system air conditioning.    Upstairs living room with bar facilities, TV, VCR & DVD.  Split system air conditioning and water views from balcony.    Laundry facility with auto washer.  Downstairs deck with Gas BBQ and Outdoor setting.    Fully enclosed yard for the children to play in.  NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am
