Suitable for 8 people or two families or bring along the grandparents.   This single storey house is very spacious & has been renovated.  Three bedrooms, brand new bathroom.  Modern fully self contained kitchen facility.    Separate Laundry.   Open plan living, dining area.   Loiunge with large flat screen TV and DVD, Split System air conditioning.   Fully enclosed sun room.   BBQ and outdoor setting.    Fully enclosed small dog yard.   Hot/Cold Outdoor shower for when you come up from the beach and much more. 

Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed

Bedroom 2: 1x Double size bed

Bedroom 3:  1x Bunk bed and 1x Single bed & 1x Trundle (TV & DVD in room)

Guests are to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay.  This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Linen Hire:

Linen can be hired on making the booking the cost is:

$25.00 per double or queen bed including towels

$15.00 per single bed including towels

Arrival/Departure Times:

Check in time between 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Check out time is strictly 10:00am

Late Check in fee applies if arriving after 5:00pm of $25.00
